Sign up to volunteer to put the icing smiles on the cookies for Tim Hortons Smile Cookie week!
Volunteers rules:
- Children over the age of 14 can volunteer with a parent/guardian present
- Recommended short sleeve shirt (long sleeves can get in the way)
- Long hair tied back. You may be asked to wear a hairnet/mask
- No large bags, backpacks or purses.
- No photos to be taken in the back of house (in the front of the store or outside of the store is encouraged!)
- Please wash your hands every 30 minutes or when changing tasks.
- Be prepared to stand for the majority of your shift
- Be kind, respectful, and welcome the advice of the Tim Hortons staff
A maximum of 3 people are allowed to sign up for a single shift. You can sign up with family members that are not registered Foundation volunteers.
When you arrive for your volunteering shift:
1. Ask for the manager on duty.
2. Let them know you are a volunteer for the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation and are there to help put the icing smiles on the cookies.
3. Be patient and flexible with the Tim Hortons staff. They may or may not have an area set up for you right away.
4. You are there to help for either the 2 hours or until the cookies are done. Whichever is sooner.
5. Please thank the staff and their support for the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation.

If you are feeling unwell or are unable to commit to your shift on the day, please contact Sam Agnew 403-850-2440 (sagnew@achf.com) to cancel your shift.
